PRESS RELEASE: Chief Marva Rasberry Retires After Changing Student Lives for Over 38 Years

Chief Operations & Innovations Officer Marva Rasberry has announced her retirement after 38 years of working at Stafford MSD. Ms. Rasberry began working at the school in 1983 as the Business teacher at Stafford High School and will bid the district farewell at the end of this month. In July, the campus will celebrate 40 years of educational excellence made possible by campus leaders like Chief Marva Rasberry. A reception has been planned in her honor before her last day of contract for the 2020-2021 school year, but her legacy will continue into perpetuity.

End of Year Student Device Collection

As we approach the end of the school year, all devices (laptop, iPad or hotspot) issued to your student will need to be returned to the district.  Last summer, Stafford MSD purchased devices for all the students enrolled. This helped launch the school district’s 1:1 device initiative. We hope that this was beneficial to your student and that it helped making learning online easier. Check out the schedule and special instructions for students enrolling in Summer School.
